*Notes: If an app is purchased without a full subscription cycle, the system will calculate fees on a prorated basis as follows:
- Annual Plan: Annual fee ÷ 365 × subscription period.
-
Monthly Plan: Monthly fee ÷ 30 × subscription period.
- Example of subscription period: If the subscription starts on December 11 and ends on December 31, the period is 20 days.
- One-time charges, such as app activation fees, are not subject to prorated calculations.
You can also go to [Hello, OOO] > [My subscription & Billing]. Find the unpaid app and click Pay Now to check out.
[Coming Soon] Step 3
The checkout page will display the purchase information, including Feature name, Payment method, Invoice Information, Start Date, End Date, and Total amount.
After confirming all information and entering your payment details, please read and check the privacy terms and service specifications and click Checkout.
*Notes:
- For monthly plans, the billing cycle is fixed on the 1st of every month. For annual plans, the billing cycle is fixed on January 1 each year. A new invoice will be automatically generated at the start of each billing cycle.
- If you purchase an app or cancel your subscription before completing a full billing cycle, the fee will be prorated based on the number of valid days of the plan. The calculation is as follows:
- Monthly Plan: (Monthly plan amount ÷ Actual calendar days of the current month) × Valid days of the plan
- Annually Plan: (Annual plan amount ÷ Actual calendar days of the current year) × Valid days of the plan
- Valid days are calculated based on hours. Any partial hour will be rounded up to one full hour. For example, if the billing period is from 15 Apr 2026 23:11 to 11 May 2026 00:00, the total valid time is 361 hours ÷ 24 = 15.0417 days.
- One-time charges, such as app activation fees, are not subject to prorated calculations.
You can also go to [Hello, OOO] > [My subscription & Billing]. Find the unpaid app and click Pay Now to check out.
Step 4
After the payment process, there will be a pop-up notification that shows "Purchase current subscription successful!".
The page will also display your Order Details, Payment, Invoice Information, and Item Details. Please click the button in the "Item Details" section to open the app.
C. Free trial period
During the free trial subscription, new merchants can enjoy free access to a range of apps for 14 days. If it is a app for free trial, you will see a "Free trial" mark at the bottom of the app.
Click the application to view the feature developer, category, and an "About" summary. Click Free trial to start the installation.
Go through the same steps as listed in Free apps. Once the system has finished processing, you will be redirected to the application page with a yellow reminder showing the expiration date of the app. Click Open App to use the app you just installed.
*Notes:
- Each free trial period starts when you install the app. For example, if you install a free trial app ZapChat on 5 August, ZapChat will expire on 19 August.
- The apps will be uninstalled automatically when the free trial expires, and you will lose your configured app settings. Therefore, please be advised not to use the free trial apps for your actual store operation. If you wish to employ the apps for your store, you can uninstall them and purchase them after your free trial expires.
- Once you have upgraded from a free trial subscription to a paid subscription, you can uninstall the free-trial version and repurchase it in the App Store. Please contact the Online Merchant Success Team if you need any assistance.

*Note: You can close the notification banner by clicking the X button, and it will not appear anymore.

Step 2
