SHOPLINE will be coming out with a "Complex Password Verification" feature to secure the safety of customer accounts.
1. Feature APP Installation
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Apps] > [Apps Store]. Once you find "Complex Password Verification", click Buy Now to proceed with installation.
2. Feature Introduction
Once you have installed the APP, customers who register for membership at your online store will be instructed to follow the new password setting guidelines.
*Notes: Customers using the original password prior to the APP installation will still be able to log in. Customers will only be asked to follow the new password verification when they reset their password.
Password setting rules:
- Password should contain at least 8 characters
- Cannot include spaces
- Must contain at least one upper case letter
- Must contain at least one lower case letter
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Must contain at least 1 special symbol (for example:! # $ ^ *)
If the rules are not met, the following image will appear.
