With SHOPLINE's "Empty Shopping Cart" feature, administrators and merchants can save time and effort by clearing all the products in the customer’s shopping cart in the livestream backstage at once.

1. [From livestream backstage] Clearing a shopping cart
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a livestream backstage.
Step 2
Click the "Comment Management" icon on the left, click either the "Edit Cart" or "Create Order" button on the right of the customer row. Click Clear Cart to clear the customer's shopping cart.
Step 3
Click Delete in the pop-up window to clear all the items in the customer's shopping cart.
Note:
- After deletion, every product (including set products, gifts, add-ons) added from any channel will be removed.
- If the product has a locked inventory, the inventory will be reverted after emptying the customer's shopping cart.
After clearing the customer's shopping cart, a reminder will appear at the top right of the page.
2. [From livestream backstage] Bulk clearing shopping carts
Step 1
On the "Comment Management" page, check the boxes of the customers who want to clear their shopping carts, and click the Empty shopping cart items button.
Note: To clear all customer's shopping carts shown on the page, check the box at the upper left of the message list. However, each page can show up to 100 customer messages, which means that only 100 shopping carts can be selected at a time. Cross-page selection is currently not supported.
Step 2
In the pop-up window, check the box "I fully understand the information" and click Confirm to empty the carts to execute the action.
Note:
- The bulk emptying operation will sort the shopping carts first and clear them accordingly. If a customer adds products to the shopping cart before it is to be emptied, the products will be removed along with the products originally in the shopping cart.
- After confirming the bulk emptying action, in addition to all the items in the shopping cart, custom discounts (including discounts for "leave keyword and get limited vouchers") will also be cleared, and the original checkout link will become invalid.
After clearing customers' shopping carts, a reminder will appear at the top right of the page.
3. [From livestream backstage] Clearing all shopping carts from customers who left comments
Step 1
On the "Comment Management" page, click the drop-down menu next to "Export".
Step 2
In the pop-up window, check the box "I fully understand the information" and click Confirm to empty the carts to clear all products from the shopping carts of the customers who left comments.
Note: After removing all products from the shopping carts of customers who commented, in addition to all the items in the shopping cart, custom discounts (including discounts for "leave keyword and get limited vouchers") will also be cleared, and the original checkout link will become invalid.
After clearing customers' shopping carts, a reminder will appear at the top right of the page.
4. [From Message Center] Clearing a shopping cart
In the Message Center, merchants can also use the "Empty Shopping Cart" feature by clicking Clear Cart in the customer's Manual Order tab.
Note: Bulk shopping cart emptying is currently not supported in the Message Center. Only emptying shopping carts for a single customer is available.
