In SHOPLINE Admin, click on the "Hello, ____" dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner, then click on My Subscription & Billing to check what plan and modules you currently have.
- Under the Paid Subscription, there are Plans and Modules. Please check if your store has the e-Commerce or Social Commerce Plan and the Promotions module. If you have these, please skip to How to add a new Product Flash Price Campaign.
- If you are using the Basic, Advanced, Premium, O2O, Enterprise, or Cross Border plan (as shown below). Please confirm whether your store uses the Cross-border; O2O; or Enterprise plan.
- If you have one of these plans, plans, go to [Apps] > [Apps Store] and install the relevant feature.
2. How to add a new Product Flash Price Campaign
Step 1
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Promotions & Reward] > [Product Flash Price Campaign], then click on the Create Campaign button on the right-hand side.
Step 2
After clicking on the Create Campaign button, enter the "Campaign Name" and "Valid Period" into the "Campaign Details" box.
*Note:
- A campaign can run for a maximum of 14 days (to the nearest 30 minutes from creation, according to your store's timezone).
- There is no way to edit the start time after a campaign has been created. You can, however, edit the campaign's end time.
- The "Campaign Name" is for internal use only and will not be visible to customers on your storefront. It is possible to edit the "Campaign Name" before, during, and after a campaign's period of validity.
Step 3
Enter the campaign information. If you click on the Select Products button, you can search for products by product name or product tag. If a product has already been selected for use in a different Product Flash Price campaign that is running at the same time as the campaign currently being created, you will not be able to select this product.
*Note:
- Product Sets, Product Subscriptions, and Hidden Products cannot be used with this feature.
- Support is currently provided for the adding of a maximum of 10 Product Flash Price campaigns (including scheduled and ongoing campaigns). Each campaign can contain a maximum of 100 products each (product variants do not count toward this total).
Step 4
After selecting products, merchants can edit "Flash Regular Price" and "Flash Sale Price". After completing these settings, even if a product originally had a "Sale Price" or "Member Price" the "Flash Regular Price" or "Flash Sale Price" will be applied to selected products purchased during the campaign period.
You can also select multiple product variants at once and bulk add them to the list of products, as well as bulk edit the flash price.
Step 5
After confirming your settings, click on the Save button. Click on the Edit button to open the dropdown menu, from where you can Delete or End an event.
- End Now button: Click this button to end an ongoing campaign immediately. Alternatively, edit the campaign's end time to be in the past.
- Delete button: If you click the delete button, this will delete the promotion immediately remove from the list of campaigns.
3. Editing an ongoing campaign's products
If during the period that the Product Flash Price campaign is running you need to edit product information, variants, options, etc. for example: change from no variants to having variants, this will be reflected in how the campaign is presented on your storefront. Please take note of this before making any changes
Step 1
In [Products & Categories] > [Products], go to the "Status" field. Here you will see the "Product Flash Price" icon, which shows the "Flash Price Period" when clicked. When a campaign ends, the icon will be removed automatically. Please note: Support is not provided for the displaying of a product's Flash Price or Flash Sale Price in this section.
Step 2
After making edits on the "Variations" tab, click the Update button at the bottom right corner, then click Confirm in the popup window. Please note that any changes could affect a product's flash price.
Step 3
Once you have successfully edited a product, a confirmation message will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen. It is recommended that you check the product's status on the Product Flash Price page after making any changes.
4. Storefront display of Product Flash Price campaign products
Below is an overview of how products and prices included in a Product Flash Price Campaign will be displayed on your storefront. This also includes how the display will change when the price or number of product variants is altered. Please note that the Flash Price/Flash Sale Price will still be applied to products even if they currently have a sale or member price set for them.
i. Products with no variations/ variants
If the products selected have no variations, and the variations or variants for the product are not edited during the campaign, the product will be displayed as follows:

ii. Products has variants that are then deleted after the campaign has started
After the variants that a product originally had have been deleted, a flash price will no longer be available for use, and the product's original "Sale price" and "Member price" will be applied. You must go to the campaign settings page to reapply a Flash Price/Flash Sale Price.

iii. Products with variants
For products with multiple variants, each variant has a different price, and the Flash Regular Price and Flash Sale Price will be used during the campaign. As a result, the product page will display the variant range of flash prices from lowest to highest.

iv. New variant D-4 is added to a product during a campaign
If product D originally had three variants, then during the valid period the option "D-4" is added, you must immediately go to the Product Flash Price Campaign page and add a new flash price for D-4.
Before/After the Product Flash Price campaign | During the Product Flash Price campaign
Product | Original price | Sale price | Member price | Flash price | Flash Sale Price | Member price |
D-1 | 1000 | 900 | 850 | 1000 | 700 | 850 |

v. Product has no variants, then variants are added after the campaign is created.
Product E originally had no variants. If during the time the campaign is running the variants E-1; E-2; and E-3 are added for Product E, you must immediately go to the Product Flash Price Campaign page and add a new flash price for all the new variants.

Product | Original price | Sale price | Member price | Flash Price | Flash Sale Price | Member Price |
E-1 | 700 | 650 | 600 | - | - | 600 |

vi. Variants do not have the same price as the main product when the campaign starts, then the "same price as main product" box is checked.
At the start of a campaign product F has the variants F-1; F-2; and F-3, and the "same price as main product" box is not checked (i.e. each variant has a different price). If this box is then checked while a campaign is ongoing, then the Flash Price/Flash Sale Price values for both the main product and its variants will be cleared. You must immediately go to the Product Flash Price Campaign page and add a new flash price/flash sale price for product F and all of its variants.
Before/after the Product Flash Price campaign | During the Product Flash Price campaign
Product | Original price | Sale price | Member price | Flash Price | Flash Sale Price | Member Price |
F(Main product) | 1000 | 800 | 750 | - | - | 750 |

F-2 | 900 | 700 | 650 | - | - | 650 |
F-3 | 850 | 650 | 600 | - | - | 600 |
Storefront display | 650–800 | 600–750 | 800 (Displayed in Flash Price section) |
vii. Product variants have the same price as the main product when the campaign starts, then the main product price is removed
Product G originally had the following variants: G-1; G-2; G-3. The "same price as main product" box has been checked on the "Variations" tab to make the price of all variants the same as the main product price at the time the campaign starts. If this box is unchecked while a Product Flash Price campaign is ongoing, the values for the Flash Price and Flash Sale Price of both the main product and its variants will be cleared. In this scenario, you must immediately set a Flash Price/Flash Sale price for product G.

G(Main product) | 500 | 450 | 400 | - | - | 400 |
