SHOPLINE Live has launched the "Cross-Channel Broadcast" feature, allowing you to send Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LINE broadcasts from any livestream backstage. This not only expands your reach but also makes the process more convenient.
⚠️ Note: Messages sent through LINE will be sent as paid messages and will count toward your LINE monthly free message limit.

1. Livestream channel that supports sending a broadcast
You can send Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or LINE broadcasts from the following livestream channels:
- Facebook Page
- Facebook Group
- LINE
- SHOPLINE Live
- SHOPLINE Live synced to Facebook Page
- Multistream
2. Setup
*The following instructions are illustrated using Facebook livestream.
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live] and enter a Facebook livestream. Then, select the "Broadcast" menu on the left.
You can select to send Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or LINE broadcasts.
If you want to send an Instagram broadcast, select the "Instagram" tab and click Add broadcast.
Set up the target population, broadcast content, and time to send the broadcast to customers.
3. Introductions to each broadcast channel
i. Facebook Broadcast
1. Target population
- All message customers: If you connected multiple Facebook Pages in the Admin, you can choose which Page's commenting customers to send the broadcast to.
- Filter message customers: You can select which Page's commenting customers to send the broadcast to and set filtering criteria. For example, you can choose to send a broadcast to customers who "commented on Facebook Page A and have created a shopping cart".
- Customers interacted with fans page within 24 hours: You can choose which Page's interacting fans to send the broadcast to.
- Customers who subscribe to One-time notification: You can select the Page and notification topic. For example, you can choose to send a broadcast to customers who "subscribed to the new product launch on Page A.
2. Broadcast content (you can send up to 3 messages per broadcast)

ii. Instagram Broadcast
1. Target population
- All message customers: If you connected multiple Instagram accounts in the Admin, you can choose which account's commenting customers to send the broadcast to.
- Filter message customers: You can select which account's commenting customers to send the broadcast to and set filtering criteria. For example, you can choose to send a broadcast to customers who "commented on Instagram account A and have created a shopping cart".
- Customers interacted with the Instagram business account within 24 hours: You can choose which account's interacting fans to send the broadcast to.
2. Broadcast content (you can send up to 3 messages per broadcast)

iii. WhatsApp Broadcast
1. Target population
- All WhatsApp contacts
- WhatsApp contacts who interacted within 24 hours
- Assign WhatsApp contacts
- Customer group
- WhatsApp Contacts in Subscription
- WhatsApp Contacts Not Subscribed
- WhatsApp contacts with assigned tags
2. Broadcast content (you can send up to 3 messages per broadcast)
If you select "WhatsApp contacts who interacted within 24 hours", you can send 4 of the following broadcast content. You can only send message templates to other target populations.

iv. LINE Broadcast
1. Target population
You can send LINE broadcasts to customers based on "Last interaction time" and "Customer Group".
Last interaction time:
- All LINE contacts
- LINE contacts who have interacted in the last 24 hours
- LINE contacts who have interacted in the last 72 hours
- LINE contacts who have interacted in the last 7 days
- LINE contacts who have interacted in the last 30 days
- LINE contacts who have interacted in the last 365 days
Customer Group:
- All customer
- Specified customer groups: click the "Select customer group" button and it will display the customer group created in [Customers] > [Customer Group]. Then select one as the broadcast target.
- All customers commenting in this livestream
- Filter customers commenting in this livestream: set a filter. For example, broadcast to customers who "have created shopping carts".

4. Notes
- Because the content format and target audience vary across different broadcasting channels, you must set up each broadcast separately when creating a new one.
- If the livestream channel is different from the broadcast channel, you won’t be able to select "Commenting customers" as your target audience. For example, if you create an Instagram broadcast from a Facebook livestream, you won’t be able to choose "All customers who commented" or "Filter customers who commented" as the target audience.

Currently, the following message types cannot be displayed at the same time in the Message Center conversation window:
- Facebook Broadcast: Text + button, image, notification request.
- Instagram Broadcast: Text + button.
