In compliance with Apple and Google Play's official requirements, all apps published on the App Store and Google Play Store must support a customer account deletion feature. Therefore, the Shopper App offers this feature to the customer.

1. How can customers schedule an account deletion
Step 1
Open the app and log in as a member, go to the "Account" page / the homepage.
Step 2
Click thebutton in the top right to enter the "Setting" page, and click "Basic information".
Step 3
Click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.
Step 4
Confirm the account deletion notes and check the "By deleting your account, you agree to renounce all virtual assets in your account". Then, click the "Schedule for account deletion" button.
Step 5
After clicking "Confirm", a message will display "Your account is scheduled to be permanently deleted", indicating that your account deletion has been successfully scheduled.
*Note: The system will automatically redirect you to the app's homepage and log out of your account.
2. How can customers cancel their account deletion request
After customers submit an account deletion request, the Shopper App system will keep the account data for 30 days. During this period, customers can still log in normally and cancel the account deletion request in the app.
Step 1
Open the app and log in as a member, go to the "Account" page / the homepage.
Step 2
Click thebutton in the top right to enter the "Setting" page, and click "Basic information".
Step 3
Click "Undelete Account" at the bottom of the page.
Step 4
A message will display "Your account has been undeleted", indicating that your account deletion request has been successfully canceled, and you can continue using the app.
