What Payment Options Do HKD Stores Support?

SHOPLINE HKD stores support a variety of convenient payment options. With SHOPLINE Payments, you can accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, and more. You can also integrate Octopus, PayMe for Business, PayPal, AsiaPay, or bank transfer separately. ⚠️ The "SHOPLINE Payments: PayMe" feature is coming soon and is not yet available to all merchants.

Before you begin, please note:

  • This feature is only available to stores that meet the following requirements:
    • Currency: Hong Kong dollar (HKD)
    • Country/Region: Hong Kong

1. Payment options for HKD stores

HKD stores currently support the following payment options:

  • SHOPLINE Payments: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, [Coming soon] PayMe (Note 1)
  • Octopus
  • PayMe for Business
  • FPS
  • PayPal (Note 2)
  • AsiaPay (Note 3)
  • Bank transfer/ATM

*Notes:

  1. SHOPLINE Payments: WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, and [Coming soon] PayMe are currently available only to merchants applying as a business (limited company, partnership, or sole proprietorship).
  2. To add or change the receiving account for PayPal, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.
  3. To integrate with AsiaPay, you need to meet the specified application requirements. If interested, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.

2. SHOPLINE Payments POS payment options

Merchants on the All-in-one OMO or Enterprise plan can use SHOPLINE Payments POS payment options (offline payment services), including credit cards, AlipayHK, and Octopus.

*Note: SHOPLINE Payments POS payment options (offline payment services) are currently available only to merchants applying as a business (limited company, partnership, or sole proprietorship).
