The POS app lets you log in and select the operating store with ease. The following describes the device login process.
1. POS app login page
Enter the administrator's account and password here.
2. Select operating store
Next, the app will show the stores accessible by the administrator. Tap one of the stores to log in.
If the administrator does not have access permission, this message will appear: You are not authorized to access SHOPLINE POS, please contact the shop admin for permission.

3. Switch store
Tap on the icon of the currently logged-in store at the upper left, a "Switch store" window will pop up.
If this store has a set password, you will need to enter the store password when switching stores.
How to set up the password for switching stores?
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Retail Store] > [Permission Settings] under "POS". Click Edit to start modifying the password for the existing retail store.
In the pop-up window, enter the password for switching stores. Click Save to complete the setup.
Supports setting passwords for multiple features
In addition to switching stores and editing the next invoice number, setting corresponding passwords for the following features is also supported:
- Add product
- Custom discount
- Return / cancel order
- View daily revenue
- View register shift
To edit the "Switch Store" password, please refer to the following steps:
If you have multiple store branches, please first select the store you want to set the password for from the drop-down menu.
Then click the Edit button on the right of "Switch Stores".
