By providing one more option for customers to purchase your products, you can minimize customer loss when some of your customers prefer or are used to shopping on Amazon. It is also useful when you have already built up a customer base on Amazon.
*This feature is currently available for the US Amazon platform. If it is not available for your plan, please contact the Online Merchant Success Team for assistance.
1. Setting on Admin Panel
Step 1: Confirm your plan of store and start using it
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Hello, OOO] > [My Subscription & Billing] to see details of your current plan and modules.
- There are Plans and Modules under the "Paid Subscription". Please confirm whether your store has a "Marketplace" module. If so, you can go to Step 2 to set it up.
- If you are using the Basic, Advanced, Premium, O2O, or Enterprise plan (as shown below). Please confirm whether your store has a "Premium/O2O/Enterprise".
If so, please go to "App" > "App Store" in the left menu to install the features.
Step 2
Go to [Products & Categories] > [My Products]. Click Edit/ Add next to the product and enter the Product Feed Data tab, then scroll down to the "Amazon Product Integration" section.
Select an Amazon website provided in the dropdown and input the ASIN code of the corresponding product.
Note: Each product should have its corresponding ASIN code. It should be input separately in each product's edit page.
Then you can click Update or Add to finish the setting.
Step 3
Go to [Channel Integration] > [Amazon], and turn on the toggle of "Display Buy at Amazon Button."
You can always turn the toggle off if you want to hide the Buy at Amazon button on your storefront.
Note: This setting is applied to all products. If you want to hide or show Buy at Amazon button for specific products, you should input or delete the ASIN code of the product individually in its product edit page.
2. On the storefront
When you have successfully installed and set up the Buy at Amazon button, your customer will see the button below the "Add To Cart" button on the Product Detail Page.
They will be directed to the corresponding product page on Amazon and be able to continue their purchase there.
