Note：To use this feature please install both "Wishlist Feature for Members" and "Back in Stock Notification" apps。
Enable the "Back in Stock Notification" feature, customer can subscribe to a sold-out product and receive an email notification when the product is replenished.
Confirm your plan of store and start using it
in the upper right corner of the store backstage, go to "Hello, OOO" > "My Subscription & Billing" to view the store's plans and modules.
- If you see the screen below, there are "Paid" and "Module" in the "Plan Subscription" section. Please confirm whether your store has a "Re-engagement" plan. If so, you can go to step 2 to set it up.
- If you see the screen below, the "Plan" in the "Current Plan" is Basic, Advanced, Premium, O2O, or Enterprise. Please confirm whether your store has a "Premium/O2O/Enterprise".
If so, please go to "App" > "App Store" in the left menu to install the feature.

B. How to Use
After installation, a "Notify When in Stock" button will appear in your product detail page when the product is sold out. By clicking the button, user can subscribe to the product and receive a email notification when the product is replenished.
Customer can go to the wishlist page to check their subscribed products.
When the product is replenished, an email will be sent to subscribed customers to invite them to purchase the product.
If you unpublished the product before replenished, customer will not received the email until you republish the product.
If the product is replenished by a canceled order, customer will not received the email.

The notification will only send once, after the notification is sent the customer will be unsubscribed from the product.
You will also receive a report about the products subscribed on the day in your store during 7:30am to 9:30am.
