"Broadcast Analytics" is SHOPLINE's new feature on the broadcast view page, which provides analytics including Sent, Received, Read, CTA count, and Order conversion. These data and visualized graphs in Broadcast will help merchants to understand the shop's broadcast performance easily and thus adjust the content to enhance repurchase rate and order conversion.

 

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Customer Management] > [Broadcast Center]. Click View to enter the details page.

You will see the conversion funnel, target group and the message content.

By studying this page, you can learn

  • Sent, Received rate: To understand the expected and actual sending status of broadcast messages
  • Read, CTA rate: To understand if the customer is interested in the content of the message
  • Orders: To understand the order conversion rate

You can fully catch the effectiveness of the broadcast and optimize your message content.

 

The following are the definition:

  1. Sent

    6                --> The target counts
    100%         --> The target counts rate (always 100%)

  2. Received

    6                 --> The number of messages delivered
    100%          --> The rate of messages sent successfully:(The number of messages delivered/ Total sent messages) * 100%
    100%  of 6 --> Comparison of the rate of messages sent successfully with the previous ones.


  3. Read

    3                 --> The number of opened messages within 90 days
    50%           --> Read conversion rate by total target counts:(The number of opened message/ The target counts) * 100%
    50%  of 6  --> Comparison of the read conversion rate with the previous ones


  4. CTA

    1                 --> The number of customers who click links within 90 days
    17%           -->  Links click conversion rate by total target counts:(The number of customers who click links/ The target counts) * 100%
    33%  of 3  --> Comparison of the link click conversion rate with the previous ones

    *Note: Links are currently displayed in random order, regardless of the order in the message content.

  5. Orders 

    1                 --> The number of customers who clicked links and placed orders within 7 days
    17%           -->  Place order rate by total target counts:(The number of customers who click links and place order / The target counts) * 100%
    100%  of 1  --> Comparison of the place order rate with the previous ones

    *Note: Links are currently displayed in random order, regardless of the order in the message content.

Notes:

  1. Please use the original URL for conversion tracking. URL will be shortened automatically.
  2. The "Read," "CTA," and "Orders" data is updated per hour.
  3. The actual Read rate of "SMS," "Facebook Messenger" and "LINE@" cannot be tracked and it is currently replaced by the Received rate.
  4. If there is no link in the content of your broadcast message, "CTA" and "Orders" will be displayed as 0.
  5. Each message tracking period: 90 days from the sent date.
  6. Only customers who have received the message, clicked on the link to enter the website, and placed orders within 7 days (168 hours) will be counted in the Orders rate.
  7. The CTA and Order rate on the conversion page will only be counted once. In other words, no matter how often the junks click on the message link or place an order, they will only be counted once.
