SHOPLINE Live | Announcement

SHOPLINE Live introduces the "Announcement" feature, allowing you to broadcast important announcements to your livestream viewers.

This article will cover the following:

• Setup
• Livestream interface

 

1. Setup

Step 1

Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Social Commerce] > [SHOPLINE Live]. Enter a livestream and click the Announcement button on the bottom right.

*Note: You need to start the livestream before creating the announcement.

 

Step 2

Enter the announcement and click Send.

 

 

2. Livestream interface

Upon completion, the announcement will appear on the Website Live. You can click the announcement to view the complete message.

 

You can remove the announcement during the livestream.

 

You can also create a new announcement.
