1. Service feature

2. Application process
If you have not yet had a SHOPLINE Logistics/ OneShip monthly account, please first open one.
If you already have a SHOPLINE Logistics / OneShip monthly account, you can directly access this service through OneShip.
Currently, the logistics service providers supported by OneShip include:

Currently, SHOPLINE has integrated with the logistics management system OneShip. You can import orders from SHOPLINE stores into the OneShip system to process the shipments.
Application for OneShip postpaid account:
1. Proceed to this site and submit your application.
2. Merchants using a OneShip postpaid account will be charged by SHOPLINE for monthly shipping charges and monthly value-added service fees (if applicable). You may choose either of the following two payment options:
A. Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee (Recommended)
Please download and fill out the attached "Direct Debit Authorization Form" and mail it along with the following documents to the SHOPLINE office: Room 1801-7 and 1809-21, Leighton Centre, 77 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong(Attn.: MS Team).

*Note: The bank account details in the Direct Debit Authorization Form must be consistent with the company or individual merchant's name selected in the application form.
If there are errors or incomplete information in the Direct Debit Authorization Form, it must be resent by mail. If you have any questions, please send the documents to the SHOPLINE team for verification before mailing them. If you have previously applied for other logistics services and submitted related documents, please also confirm with the SHOPLINE team.
B. Pay a deposit of HK$10,000 for monthly bills (Bank transfer or credit card)
By opting for this payment method, please first request the company bank account information from the SHOPLINE team for deposit payment purposes. Upon receiving your documents, the SHOPLINE team will promptly assist you in completing the subsequent application procedures.
*Note: If you pay by credit card, there will be an additional 3% surcharge.
3. Admin settings
To activate JD Logistics services, you have to add a new delivery option in SHOPLINE Admin.
Step 1
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Delivery Options] and click ⊕Add. From the "Delivery Type" drop-down menu, select "Store Pick-up" and enter the delivery method (Name) and description.
Step 2
Set up "Shipping Zone and Delivery Fee."
Step 3
Upload the store information (You can download the store information of JD Logistics from here) and click Add.
Once you click Add, a window will pop up. Select whether you want to apply this delivery option to all promotions, and then click OK to complete the setup.
Step 4
Once the setup is completed, customers can then choose "JD Logistics" as the delivery option during checkout.
4. Shipping process
Step 1. Execute shipment
Go to OneShip Admin > [Shipments] > [Orders], click on +Create Order at the top right, and choose Create Order or Bulk Create Orders from the drop-down menu. Fill in the info and proceed with the shipment. For more details, please refer to:
*Note: If you are using SHOPLINE, the received orders will be automatically integrated into the OneShip's [Order] page. You can directly select and ship the order without the need to recreate the order.
Step 2. Print shipping label
Go to OneShip Admin > [Shipments] > [Shipments], select the shipment you want to print, and click Print Label. For more details, please refer to:

The information on a shipping label includes the tracking number, the sender's name and address, and the recipient's name and address.
Step 3. Arrange shipment
JD Logistics provides door-to-door pickup and in-store shipping services. You can place an order via OneShip and schedule a pickup.

5. Notes
i. Overdue parcels
Door-to-door orders
If the customer who placed the order cannot be contacted immediately, JD Logistics will continue to make phone calls. If there is still no contact after 3 days, the system will request the merchant to either arrange another free delivery or handle it as a return.
*Note: The return parcel will be stored in the warehouse for a maximum of 1 month, and it will be disposed of after exceeding 1 month.
Self-pickup orders
If the customer fails to collect the parcel within 3 days after arrival at the pickup store, an additional fee of HK$10 will be charged per day. This fee will be settled upon the customer's in-store pickup. If the parcel remains uncollected for over 1 month, the pickup store operator will proceed with the disposal.

iii. Channels for claiming compensation
No compensation will be provided for damage, delay, or loss of shipments during the delivery process due to the following reasons:
- Failure to upload information to the platform before sending the parcel.
- The parcel was not properly and securely packaged.
- The parcel contains flammable or explosive materials, or items prone to mold, decay, and/ or discoloration.
- The parcel is classified as a fragile item.
- The parcel is classified as a liquid product.
- The recipient's address is incorrect or invalid.
- The recipient's contact number is invalid or cannot receive text messages.
- Any unforeseen or force majeure factors.
When a parcel is received and found to be damaged or lost, the store must notify the SHOPLINE Logistics team within 48 hours of the recipient receiving the parcel. SHOPLINE will make a reasonable effort to locate the parcel. If it is confirmed that the damage or loss is due to JD Logistics, the store must provide a receipt to verify the value of the parcel. Compensation does not cover fragile products (such as glass, ceramics, etc.).
JD Logistics' responsibility for any parcel, including but not limited to loss or damage, is limited to actual direct loss and shall not exceed a maximum of HK$780 per parcel. JD Logistics shall not assume any other losses or damages (including but not limited to profits, income, interest, and future business losses), whether these losses and damages are special or indirect, and whether JD Logistics knew about these risks before or after accepting the parcel.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 working days after the parcel is received. Otherwise, OneShip reserves the right not to process the claim. If there is a loss or delivery delay, and the store needs further compensation, please contact the OneShip team first.
6. Monthly freight
Postpaid account
OneShip charges are billed on a monthly basis as per your usage for the month. The final weight and shipping fees are based on the monthly statement for that month.
