When creating WhatsApp or LINE broadcasts, you can utilize the "AI Smart Content" feature to generate content and improve your work efficiency.

1. Where to use AI Smart Content
i. Create WhatsApp broadcast
You can use the "AI Smart Content" feature when creating a WhatsApp broadcast in [Social Commerce] > [Message Center] > [Social Segment Broadcasting].
ii. Create LINE broadcast
You can use the "AI Smart Content" feature when creating a LINE broadcast in [Social Commerce] > [Message Center] > [Social Segment Broadcasting].
iii. Create custom WhatsApp template
You can use the "AI Smart Content" feature when creating a message template in [Channel Integration] > [WhatsApp].
iv. Add auto-replies for the livestream
Go to the settings page of a livestream and select [Smart Assistant] > [Auto-reply]. You can use the "AI Smart Content" to generate reply messages.
v. Add auto-replies for the Post Sales
Go to the settings page of a Post Sales, and select [Comments and Message Setting] > [Auto-reply Settings]. In the "Add auto-reply" window, you can use "AI Smart Content" to generate reply comments.
2. How to use "AI Smart Content"
*The following instructions are based on creating a WhatsApp broadcast.
When creating a WhatsApp broadcast in [Message Center] > [Social Segment Broadcasting], you can click on the AI Smart Content button below the "Text message" and "Text & image message" fields.
Upon clicking on "AI Smart Content," you can set up various settings on the pop-up window:
Enter a topic for the generated content (e.g., new product release, event introduction, etc.).
Enter the keyword you wish to include in the generated content (e.g., product name, important event info, etc.).
*Note: You can enter up to 50 unique keywords/ keyword groups.
C. Target language
Select the language for the generated content. The supported languages include Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Vietnamese, and Thai.
D. Required word count
Enter the word count requirement for the generated content.
*Note: As AI prioritizes the coherence of content, the final word count in the generated content may vary from the specified requirement.
E. Writing style
Enter the writing style of the generated content (e.g., enthusiastic, professional, excited, kind, etc.)
*Note: You can enter up to 50 unique writing styles.
F. Other requirements
You can write down your expectations for the content to be generated, and the AI will adjust them according to your descriptions.
You can differentiate different types of requirements by adding titles and line breaks. The more detailed and clear your descriptions are, the more precise the generated content will be.
Upon completion, click Generate Content.
You can preview the generated content on the right.
You can perform the following actions on the generated content:
- Generate again: The system will generate another response based on the preset requirements. You can select the versions that suit your needs.
- Copy: You can copy the content for later use.
- Apply content: If you have found the version that you like, you can finalize it by clicking Apply content.
