Smart Link is a type of link that can be applied across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Whether customers have installed your app or not, this link can effectively direct them to your online store. By configuring how the links are opened on the target page of various platforms (as detailed in Step 4), you can enhance your app download rates and website visit rates, providing customers with the best user experience possible.
Step 1
Go to Admin > [Mobile App Management] > [App Settings] and click on Smart Link settings.

Click Add Smart Link to proceed.
Step 3
A. Choose "Homepage"
B. Choose "Product category page"
After choosing Product category page, the Select a product category button will appear. Once you click it, a category selection window will pop up. After selecting the corresponding category name(s), click Confirm.
C. Choose "Promotion page"
After choosing Promotion Page, the Select a promotion campaign button will appear. Once you click it, a promotion selection window will pop up. After choosing the corresponding promotion name(s), click Confirm.
D. Choose "Product detail page"
After checking Product detail page, the Select a product button will appear. Once you click it, a product selection window will pop up. After choosing the corresponding product name(s), click Confirm.
Step 4
Choose the redirect path after your users click the Smart Link. Options include Yes and No, with the system defaulting to Yes.
User (Customer) End Display
If your customers open the Smart Link in a desktop web browser, they will be redirected to the target page on your website. However, if they open the Smart Link on a mobile device, the possible redirect paths are as follows:
- If you selected "Yes" for installation guidance:
- After customers tap on the link, they will first be redirected to the Smart Link page (see below). If they have installed your app on their mobile, it will automatically redirect them to the app and then the target page you set.
- If the customers have not installed your app on their mobile, a redirect pop-up will appear (as shown below). Once they tap Open, they will be redirected to the App Store or Google Play app installation page. Upon installing and opening the app, they will be redirected to the target page.
- After customers tap on the link, they will first be redirected to the Smart Link page (see below). If they have installed your app on their mobile, it will automatically redirect them to the app and then the target page you set.
- If you selected "No" for installation guidance:
- After customers tap on the link, they will still be redirected to the Smart Link page first (see below). If they have installed your app on their mobile, they will be automatically redirected to the target page on your app.
- If the customers have not installed your app on their mobile, the HTML5 target page will automatically open within the mobile browser.
- After customers tap on the link, they will still be redirected to the Smart Link page first (see below). If they have installed your app on their mobile, they will be automatically redirected to the target page on your app.
Step 5
Fill in the "Link use notes" blank. For example, you can fill in the intended usage, purpose, and other relevant information for this link. This field is optional.
Step 6
After completing the configuration, click Save at the bottom.
Next, a reminder that says "Saved successfully" will appear.
Step 7
After the Smart Link is added, you will automatically be directed to the Smart Link settings page.
- The most recently added Smart Link will be displayed at the top of the list.
- You can copy, edit, and delete individual Smart Links on this page (see below).
- You can search for or filter Smart Links at the top of the page with filtering conditions such as "Link use notes, Redirected to, and Guide users to install the app?".
