To meet the frequent short-term and unexpected funding needs in e-Commerce, SHOPLINE Payments collaborates with 21 FINTECH to launch an exclusive "Small-business (small-scale) Financing Service." Once the relevant documents are submitted for review, funds can be disbursed on the same day, providing you with timely and thoughtful assistance.
⚠️ Before you start, please be reminded:
- Before applying for this service, you need to first activate a SHOPLINE Payments account.
- The detailed borrowing and repayment regulations are subject to the contract you sign with 21 FINTECH.
This article will cover the following:
1. Apply for a Small-business Financing Service
Step 1. Check your SHOPLINE Payments account
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Payment Options] and click on View SHOPLINE Payments account.
Step 2. Find the "SHOPLINE PAYMENTS x 21 FINTECH" section
You'll find the "SHOPLINE PAYMENTS x 21 FINTECH" section at the bottom right, where there are two buttons, "Learn More" and "Apply Now."
A. Learn More
A window will pop up as you click Learn More, where you'll see an introduction to 21 FINTECH and the financing service application process.
If you wish to proceed to fill out the application questionnaire, please click Click here to fill as indicated below. If you want to refer to more related information, then click Learn more. If you need more time to consider, you can click Got it to close the window.
B. Apply Now
Upon clicking on Apply Now, the application questionnaire will require you to provide:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your SHOPLINE account (Handle)
- The contact time when it's most convenient for you
Upon submission, the subsequent process will be handled by a representative from 21 FINTECH, who will get in touch with you.
2. Gather relevant documents for review
You can visit the following pages to obtain the information required for verification to complete the application.
i. Time and date when you joined SHOPLINE
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Hello, xxx] > [My Subscription & Billing].
Step 2
Scroll down to the bottom and check the earliest "Date," which represents the time when you joined SHOPLINE.
ii. Annual turnover
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Report & Analytics] > [Shoplytics].
*Note: If your store plan/ module does not support Shoplytics, please contact the Online Merchant Success Team for assistance.
Step 2
Click on the dropdown menu at the top right and choose a period under "Custom" for the analysis range. Set the time to the past year (e.g. 2022/07/01 - 2023/07/01) and click Apply to proceed.

Take a screenshot of the displayed page with the annual transaction data.
