You can manage your shop email notifications effectively by adding advanced settings in the SHOPLINE Admin.
- Update/ Add advanced options for your shop email notification

1. Update/ Add advanced options for your shop email notification
Step 1. Basic Settings
Go to [Settings] > [Basic Settings]. Click Advanced Settings.
Step 2. Advanced Options
Once you have clicked Advanced Settings, enter the email addresses you need.
You can choose to enter different email address to receive Order, Order Comments Email and Message:
*Note: Aside from Reports Email, When any email address is left blank, emails will be automatically sent to the Store Owner's email address in [Settings] > [Permission & Security].
| Order Email | You will be notified at this email address whenever a customer places an order. |
| Billing Emails |
You will be notified at this email address whenever you receive billing emails related to online store operation, including system and SMS billing notifications. You can enter up to 10 email addresses, separated by commas. |
| Order Comments Email |
You will be notified at this email address whenever a customer comments on an order. |

Message Email |
用You will be notified at this email address whenever a customer sends you a message on the storefront. |

Inventory Out-of-Stock Notification Email |
You will be notified at this email address whenever there is any out-of-stock product. |
| Reports Email |
The logged-in email address of the admin. Exported reports are sent to this email address. |

Invoice Email |
You will receive notifications at this email address about invoices for subscription plans and related fees. You can enter up to 2 email addresses, separated by commas. |
Step 3. Update
Click the Update button in the bottom right corner to save your new email settings.
2. Update staff login email
Step 1. My Profile
Log in to the account where you wish to change your email address. Go to [Hello, OOO] > [My Profile] in the top right corner.
Step 2. Save
Enter the name and login email you would like to update > Click Save then you are all set!
3. The "Store Owner" email
- The Store Owner's email holds the highest admin access. To change this email, please refer to 2. Update staff login email.
