2. Why did the image upload fail?

Common reasons

1. File size: The image size must not exceed 10mb

2. GIF opens normally but cannot be uploaded: Please check the number of frames in the GIF file. Too many frames may prevent the file from being uploaded

- A GIF around 1920x1000 can have a maximum of 20 frames

- A GIF around 800x400 can have a maximum of 120 frames

3. Why is there a color difference / blurriness after uploading an image?

A. Image color mode

If the image is in CMYK, it must be converted to RGB before uploading it to the system, because CMYK is used for printing. (Refer to the screenshot below.)

B. Color profile and optimization

Differences in display devices and image creation methods can cause color differences in images. If a color difference occurs, use image editing software to convert and save the color profile to achieve consistent color display. The conversion and saving steps for Photoshop and the third-party free tool Fotor are demonstrated below:

1. If you are using Photoshop, refer to the following steps / screenshots:

a. Under “Edit” > “Convert to Profile,” convert the profile to sRGB

b. Select “File” >> “Export” >> “Save for Web (Legacy),” check “Optimized” and “Embed Color Profile,” select the highest “Quality” of 100%, and then save and export.

C. Does the image width fail to meet the minimum requirements?

Please refer to: Recommended image dimensions

D. If the image contains a large amount of text or lines, using the original file is recommended

For example, convert a PSD/AI file to a PNG file before uploading it to achieve the best display results
