SHOPLINE's Smart OMO is the ultimate solution to integrate online shopping and offline service. It breaks the limit between devices, provides customers with a more integrated shopping experience, and allows merchants to capture clear information of customers, all of which benefit from the arrangement of push notifications, promotions, and campaigns.
In Smart OMO's Member Profile, you can edit members' basic information, tags, and notes. Keep your member information updated to plan your CRM and remarketing strategies effectively.
This article will cover the following:
1. Edit Basic Information
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Retail Store] > [Feature Settings], and switch on the toggle for "Edit Basic Information." Then, click Save to complete.
Step 2
Search for a member in Smart OMO. A pencil icon will appear next to the member's name. You can tap on the pencil icon to edit the basic information.
Step 3
Staff members can edit basic information such as the member's name, mobile number, email address, birthday, and gender. Tap Update at the top right to save the edits.
*Notes:
- The member's name, mobile number, and email address are required fields. You have to fill in the fields to update the profile.
- Once the mobile number is verified, the field will be grayed out and become uneditable.
- The system will check whether the mobile number or email address has already been used by another member. If you enter a duplicate mobile number or email, when you tap Update, the system will show a reminder that the mobile number/ email has been used by another member to avoid duplication.
2. Edit Member Tags
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Retail Store] > [Feature Settings], and switch on the toggle for "Edit Member Tags." Then, click Save to complete.
Step 2
Search for a member in Smart OMO. A pencil icon will appear next to the "Member Tags." You can tap on the pencil icon to edit the member tags.
Step 3
In the Member Tags tab, it will import all tags created in the SHOPLINE Admin. You can check/uncheck the boxes to add/delete tags. Once you are done, tap Update and the selected tags will appear in the member tags section.
*Note: Smart OMO only supports adding existing tags. You cannot create a new tag on Smart OMO. To create new tags, you can go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Customer Management] > [Customers] to set them up. For more details, please refer to the following FAQ.
3. Edit Member Notes
Step 1
In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Retail Store] > [Feature Settings], and switch on the toggle for "Edit Member Notes." Then, click Save to complete.
Step 2
Search for a member in Smart OMO. A pencil icon will appear next to the "Member Notes." You can tap on the pencil icon to edit the member notes.
Step 3
Enter the member notes and tap Update at the top right to complete.
