Besides registering as a member using email, the Shopper App also allows customers to sign up/in with their LINE account.
⚠️ Before you start, please be reminded:
- As the LINE mobile app login setting requires app-related information, please release the app first before adding the LINE login feature.
- Please use the same LINE Login Channel for your online store to set up the app login. If you haven't created a Login Channel yet, please refer to LINE Login & Sign-up and follow Steps 4-10 to create one first, then continue the settings below.
This article will cover the following:
1. LINE Login Channel setup
Step 1
Please enter the LINE Developer then log in with your LINE account. You can use your company's LINE account if you have a company account.
Step 2
Enter the "Provider" page and click the provider with your company name.
Step 3
Click the LINE Login Channel that you have created before.
*Note: If you haven't created a Login Channel yet, please refer to LINE Login & Sign-up and follow Steps 4-10 to create one first, then continue the settings below.
Step 4
Click the LINE Login tab to enter the "Mobile app" settings page.
A. Settings for the iOS app version
Enter the iOS bundle ID as follows.
*Note: If you have not released your app yet, please release it first and then connect with LINE Login.

B. Settings for the Android app version
Enter the Package names and Package signatures as follows.

2. SHOPLINE Admin setup
Step 1
Proceed to SHOPLINE Admin > [Shopper App Management] > [App Publish Settings], click the "Add third-party services" drop-down menu, and select Line Login.
Step 2
Paste the Channel ID and Channel secret from the LINE Developer to the fields in the pop-up window. Check the box to confirm and click Save.
*Note: The Channel ID and Channel secret should be the same as the Channel ID used by the store.
Step 3
Once the integration is successful, the system will display the connected LINE Login. You can manually enable or disable this login method, or click Edit to update the settings.
*Note:
- The toggle is only supported on Shopper App platform version v1.19 or above. It cannot be used when the publishing status is "Publishing in progress", "Under review", or "Pending Amendment".
- If you have already integrated and published LINE Login, any changes to the toggle will take effect immediately in your app, no need to resubmit for publishing.
If the integration is unsuccessful, you can click Edit to update the settings or click Remove to delete this login method. Once removed, you can add it again.
Step 4
After adding the LINE login feature, you need to publish an app update. Click Submit an app publish review to update the app.
