Pickupp Introduction and Application Process

In this article, you'll find the features of Pickupp:

 

1. Service Features

  • Support door-to-door delivery service within Hong Kong.
  • Support ordering with mobile/ web.
  • No ordering cut-off time. You can arrange instant or scheduled goods pick-up service and order parcels to be picked up door-to-door.
  • Track real-time order status with GPS to easily grasp pick-up and delivery time.
  • Photo and signature records as delivery proof.
  • Provide delivery on foot, by motorcycle/ van to meet different delivery needs.

 

2. How to activate Pickupp with SHOPLINE

Step 1. Apply for Pickupp

To use the Pickupp service, you must first open a SHOPLINE LOGISTICS-OneShip monthly account. The application process is as follows:

1. Proceed to the link: https://marketing.oneship.io/hk/sign-up and submit your application.

2. Merchants using a OneShip postpaid account will be charged by SHOPLINE for monthly shipping charges and monthly value-added service fees (if any). You can choose one of the following two payment methods:

  • Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee
  • Pay a deposit of $10,000 (Recommended), and the monthly bill can be paid by bank transfer/credit card (3% credit card surcharge)

If you select "Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee," please download and fill in the attached "Direct Debit Authorization Form" and send it to our email address: support@shoplineapp.com. The email's subject should be "Application for OneShip Postpaid Account - (Your online store website)."

  • Apply as a company: Copy of Business Registration Certificate
  • Apply as an individual: Copy of the applicant's identity card + copy of bank statement in the applicant's name within the past three months

Due to the postal delivery limitation caused by the pandemic, we recommend you pay a deposit of $10,000 and pay the monthly bill separately. You can provide the Direct Debit Authorization Form for automatic monthly transfers, shall they need it in the future.

If you wish to submit the Direct Debit Authorization Form, please provide a copy to SHOPLINE and hand in the original form to the bank themselves. Please note that banks will charge a processing fee.

*Note:

  • The bank account information in the Direct Debit Authorization Form must match the company or individual merchant name selected in the application form.
    • You can send the form to SHOPLINE for confirmation before sending the documents.
    • If you have applied for other logistics services and submitted relevant documents before, please contact SHOPLINE for confirmation.
  • If you choose to pay the monthly deposit of $10,000 with a bank transfer/ by credit card, please obtain the company's bank account information from SHOPLINE to pay the deposit. Once we receive your documents, we will assist you with the subsequent application steps as soon as possible.
  • OneShip currently does not support Pickupp delivery integration but will integrate more logistics providers in the future.

Step 2. Activate Your Pickupp Account

Once the SHOPLINE Logistics team has confirmed that all received documents are correct, the team will process your application within 5-10 working days. When completed, SHOPLINE will email the account login information and order guidelines to your email account. Please refer to the additional notes.

*Note: If you have to activate the Pickupp service immediately, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.

 

3. How to create and schedule orders with Pickupp

Pickupp now provides local 2/ 4-hour delivery, next-day door-to-door, and store-to-door delivery services.

 

Step 1. Fill in and upload the order form

Click on the link and proceed to the Pickupp login page. Fill in the ID and password provided by SHOPLINE to log in.

Step 2. Create orders

A. Single order

Click the Create Order button.

Fill in the Sender Info, Recipient Info, and Item Info.

Select the parcel ready time and date.

Choose service type (2H, 4H, or next day) and click Next.

Confirm that all information is correct, and click Confirm Payment.

Please refer to the freight settlement section for more information on the payment method.

The system will remind you to schedule the bulk collection, or you can select Schedule later.

Once the shipment is created, the shipment information will display on the webpage. Click Next to print out the waybill.

You can choose and print out the waybill according to your package size or print out the QR Code.

After creating the order, please go to "Schedule Bulk Collection" on the left menu to schedule the collection time. Please fill in the sender info, numbers of parcels and weight, and pick-up time. After that, click Schedule Bulk Collection. There is no need to print out the bulk collection form.

*Note: If the parcels are less than 10 items, Pickupp will charge an additional fee of $100. The fee will appear on the monthly bill.

After completing all the above, go to "Order List" on the left menu to check the order status.

B. Bulk Orders (Large Quantities)

Click "Bulk Create" on the left menu, fill in and upload the Bulk Orders Form.

Choose service type and click Next.

The system will display the upload result; you can edit or delete the order here.

Once completed, proceed to the Ready tab and click CHECKOUT.

Confirm the order quantity and click Confirm Payment.

In the "Order List," select the "file" icon to preview the order.

Click the Print button on the bottom right to print the waybill.

You can choose and print out the waybill according to your package size or print out the QR Code.

After creating the order, go to "Schedule Bulk Collection" on the left menu to schedule the collection time. Please fill in the sender info, numbers of parcels and weight, and pick-up time. After that, click Schedule Bulk Collection. There is no need to print out the bulk collection form.

4. Freight Settlement

Every month, SHOPLINE will charge the store for the freight of the month based on the store's actual consumption. The final freight is subject to Pickupp.

Note: The monthly freight will be sent to the registered email address at the end of the following month. If you need to change the email address, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.

 

5. Notes

A. Delivery and Cut-off Time

2/ 4-hour delivery service: Monday - Sunday, 10 AM - 10 PM, including public holidays.

2/ 4-hour orders cut-off time: 11 AM of the working day.

*Note: 2/ 4-hour delivery service: Due to the limited service on public holidays, we do not guarantee successful courier pairing during this period.

Next day delivery time: Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 10 PM, not including Sunday and public holidays.

Next day orders cut-off time: 1 PM of the working day.

 

B. Delivery Coverage

Pickupp delivery coverage includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.

Please refer to the following link to check for the available delivery area.

 

C. Size Limits

2/ 4-hour delivery service:

Only receive parcels under 5 kg and should not exceed 40 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm.

*Note: 2/ 4-hour delivery service does not apply to parcels that exceed the required size.

D. Additional Fees

Order collection requires a minimum of 10 items, or else Pickuppp will charge an additional $100.

If merchants self-deliver the items to the store, the minimum requirement of 10 items will not apply. Please refer to the Self-deliver location and schedule

Delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan will be charged an additional $30/ order.

Moving upstairs service: Extra $20 for each 5kg/ floor indoor. Extra $20 for each 5kg/ 10 stairs outdoor.

 

E. Can I cancel an order?

If you cancel the order after the courier accepts the order or the couriers fail to collect the orders, the courier will charge 50% of the delivery fee as the service fee.

 

6. FAQs

Q1. Can I create an order at any time?

A1. Pickupp mobile app and website operate 24 hours. You can create an order in advance with Pickupp User App or website platform and schedule the delivery time for later.

 

Q2. Can I place an order early, keep the package overnight, and deliver it the next day?

A2. Pickupp supports early order service (maximum until the next day). However, the collection and delivery should be completed on the same day.

 

Q3. What happens if a single order consists of multiple parcels?

A3. Pickupp allows multiple parcels for a single order. Please specify the parcel details on the system and tag each parcel with the corresponding labels.

 

Q4. What happens if the delivery fails or my parcels get returned?

  • If not delivered successfully, we will provide a second-time delivery for free. Third-time delivery or return delivery to the sender/ third party will charge a service fee equivalent to the order.
  • An additional to-door delivery fee will be charged if the self-collect order is resent or returned to a residential or commercial address.
  • Abnormal orders: Pickupp will contact you directly to discuss the matter.

 

Q5. Does Pickupp offer freight collect?

A5. Pickupp currently does not provide freight collect.
