*This feature currently only supports merchants using the e-Commerce, Retails POS Plan and Advance Shop Management Tools Module. The Social Commerce plan is currently not supported.
The "Product Set" feature allows merchants to create and sell bundles of two-to-five products as a single item, which can be used for special promotions and to boost sales.
This article will cover the following:
- Step-by-step setup
- How to add a new product set
- How inventory is calculated
- Storefront & checkout display
- Notes
1. Step-by-step setup

- There are Plans and Modules under the "Paid Subscription". Please check if your store has an e-Commerce plan and the Advance Shop Management module. If so, please skip ahead to 2. How to add a new product set
- If you are using the Basic, Advanced, Premium, O2O, Enterprise, or Cross Border plan (as shown below). Please confirm whether your store is using a Cross-border, O2O, or Enterprise plan.
If you have one of these plans, in SHOPLINE Admin go to [Apps] > [Apps Store] and install "Product Set".
2. How to add a new product set
Step 1
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Products & Categories] > [Products]. Select Product Set from the "Add" dropdown menu.
Step 2. Select Products
Select the products you want to include in the product set, then click Select _ product(s) in the bottom right-hand corner.
*Please note: Currently, a single product set can include a maximum of five products.
Step 3. Product set settings
The following settings will only be applied to the product set. The settings for the individual products included in the product set will not be affected.
- Product Photos (Main): Merchants can upload new photos or use previously uploaded ones (this is a required field.)
- Categories, search engine optimization, settings, and product feed data information for the product set (these fields are optional) For more details, please see the following: Upload products, Products Management
- In the Quantity & Pricing tab, you can set a price for the product set. Merchants can also add/remove products from the product set in the "Product Set" section of the same tab. Once you have confirmed the settings, click Add at the bottom right-hand corner.
*Note:
- It is not possible to change the products in the product set once a product set has been created
- The product set quantity will be calculated according to the inventory levels of the individual products included in the product set. The product set quantity cannot be set separately.
- A product set cannot have its own SKU/location code.
- A product set cannot be selected as a product in a different product set.
- Only one of each product can be included in a product set.
Correct example: Product Set C = Product A (x1) + Product B (x1).
Incorrect example: Product Set C = Product A (x2) + Product B (x1) - If products with multiple variants are included in a product set, each individual product's variants will be available as part of the product set. Limiting the number of variants included in a product set is currently not supported.
For example: If "Product B" has the variants "small, medium, and large", then all three will be included in the product set. - Correct example: Product set C = Product A (x1) + Product B (small, medium, and large) (x1)
Incorrect example: Product set C = Product A (x1) + Product B (large) (x1)

- If an individual product (e.g. "product A") is included in a product set, it will not be possible to delete that individual product.
