According to Facebook Messenger 24 Policy, merchants cannot send message to the user who doesn't interact with their FB page within 24 hours.
This feature integrates FB login and Messenger, allowing merchants to send the first message to customers while they sign up.
Before enabling this feature, please go to Channel Integration > Facebook > Connect with Facebook@ and Facebook Developer Account
If you have connected Facebook Fan Page and Facebook Developer Account, please follow the following 4 steps to fill in the Facebook Client Token
Click this link to enter Facebook for Developers and log in with your Facebook personal account, and then click "My Apps" >> Select the Facebook application you created for Facebook Login
Please go to the main panel on the left and enter "Settings" >> "Advanced" to copy the Client Token
Back to SHOPLINE admin > Channel Integration > Facebook > Click "View"
Next, Paste the Client Token to "Facebook Client Token" and Click "Save"
Now you can turn ON the toggle and customize your message.
(Can leave blank to use our default message.)
The message will be sent automatically after customer signup with his/her Facebook account.
If the customer recieve the message without reply, this sign up message will not display at Message Center.
If the customer recieve the message and reply via Facebook Messenger, this sign up message will display at Message Center.
