SHOPLINE release brand new upgraded domain setting to improve your web store protection & connection! Please follow the tutorial as per below to setup your [custom domain] to connect your SHOPLINE store.

 

  • Step 1:Login to your DNS panel, add CNAME record as per provided
  • Step 2:Waiting propagate & contact online customer success consultant 

 

Step 1:Login to your DNS panel, add CNAME record as per provided

Please login to your domain DNS Panel, and add the record provided below.

 

(1) Please add a new CNAME record as per below: 

Host:_acme-challenge.subdomain

Record Type:CNAME

Point to / Destination:_acme-challenge.your complete custom domain.validation.shoplineapp.com

Note: Some DNS panel do not support to add [ _ ], advice to clarify with domain provider before proceed. 

 

*This is an Example, please key in your domain info when you setup

For example, my domain name is [ www.shopline.tw ],CNAME record will be as per below:

Host:_acme-challenge.www

Record Type:CNAME

Point to / Destination:_acme-challenge.www.shopline.tw.validation.shoplineapp.com

(2) Please edit the original CNAME record pointed to domains5.shoplineapp.com 

Host:subdomain

Record Type:CNAME

Point to / Destination:your complete custom domain .cname.shoplineapp.com


*This is an Example, please key in your domain info when you setup

For example, my domain name is [ www.shopline.tw ],CNAME record will be as per below:

Host:www

Record Type:CNAME

Point to / Destination:www.shopline.tw.cname.shoplineapp.com

  • Tips:What is my subdomain? 
    Please enter your web store with your browser. The word in betweeen the [/] & first [.] will be your subdomain. Refer to below:

Step 2:Waiting for propagate & contact online customer success consultant 

After step 1 completed, please allow some time for propagate. We advice you to contact our online customer success consultant via your admin panel bottom right corner blue icon. Inform our consultant you had completed the setup, and we shall assist to check and verify the status!
