1. Intro to personal messages for membership
Go to SHOPLINE Admin > [Mobile App Management] > [App Notification Settings] > [Personal Message]. You will see the "Membership" and "Orders" tabs.
Click on the Membership tab to see the message content settings related to membership. You can decide whether to activate app notifications for different types of membership notifications.
2. How to edit membership notifications
Click Edit on the right side of a specific message.
"Delivery Timing" and "Notification method" will be displayed in the "Basic Settings" block. The notification method for all personal messages defaults to "Send App push and message notifications." You can preview the push notification and message notification that you've set on the preview panel to the right. The display language is subject to the language of the first item in "Notification Title" and "Notification Content."
There will be default "Notification Title" and "Notification Content" for the membership notifications, which you can customize if need be, but please note that there are character limits set for them both.
Upon confirming the preview, click on Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes made.
Click Turn On Notifications at the top right to activate this notification.
Return to the "Membership" tab and you will see that this notification has been marked "Activated."
