To better support the growth of merchants in Singapore, SHOPLINE has launched SHOPLINE Payments! This article will explain to merchants who use SHOPLINE Payments how to set up payment through Atome (SG) in the Admin Panel.
1. Setting up Atome in Admin Panel
Before you set up, please complete SHOPLINE Payment Basic and Advanced account verifications. SHOPLINE Payments will automatically submit an approval application to the Atome (SG) payment channel after Advanced verification. Atome (SG) usually completes the review in 1-2 working days. You can decide whether to enable this payment method after that.
*Note: Atome (SG) payment method does not accept individual account applications.
After passing Advanced verification and the approval by Atome (SG), go to the Admin Panel > [Settings] > [Payment Options]. Click Add to add payment options.
Select "SHOPLINE Payments" for Payment Type. Select "Atome (Buy Now Pay Later)" the payment method.
We suggest you fill in the Payment Instructions. You can also upload JPG, PNG, and GIF images (smaller than 10 MB) in the "Drop Files Here" field. Check the box "Display these instructions on the checkout page" so that your customers can see this when checking out.
*Note: The statement "Unable to checkout with Atome if the order amount is less than $1.50." is a default instruction that cannot be deleted.
Select the delivery option(s) to be excluded from this payment method. Click Add at the bottom right to update.
After clicking "Add", a reminder window will pop up. Please decide whether you wish to apply this payment method to all ongoing promotions.
Click OK, and the option "Atome (Buy Now Pay Later)" will appear on the list.
2. Customer interface using Atome
When customers place an order in the "Payment Method" field, they can select "Atome (Buy Now Pay Later)".

After confirming checkout, customers will see "Atome (Buy Now Pay Later)" in Payment Detail. Click Place Order to continue.
The storefront will redirect to the Atome payment page as shown below:
- Please complete the payment within 1 hours for successful checkout.
- Currently SHOPLINE Payment Atome only supports 3-month installments.
- Fast checkout is currently not supported for orders paid by Atome.
A. Web version (Pay in Browser)
To pay in the browser, please verify the customer's mobile number before moving on to the next step.
If the customer has not configured the payment yet, they will be redirected to the page to set it up. Click Save and Continue to move on.
Otherwise, click Next to go to the Payment Confirmation page. Confirm the card details and click Confirm payment to complete the transaction.
B. Mobile version
Select Pay using app on the payment page, then scan the QRcode with the Atome app on the phone.
On the Atome app, view the installment dates and Payment Confirmation page.
Tap Pay to enter the purchase successful page. Tap OK to complete the order payment.
3. Setting up refund in Admin Panel
To issue a refund, go to the Admin Panel > [Order Management] > [Order]. Click on the order you wish to refund, scroll down to "Payment details" and click Refund.
*Note: Please confirm your Atome account balance before refunding. An insufficient account balance may cause the refund failure.
Enter the refund amount and remarks in the pop-up window, then click Next.
Confirm the refund details, then click Refund.
