Social Commerce Overall Statistics Overview

SC.pngSHOPLINE is about to launch the "SC Overall Analytics" feature. Merchants can track the status of each sales channel in the Admin Panel as well as evaluate the staff performance.

In this article, you'll find:

1. Page overview

In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Social Commerce] > [SC Overall Statistics]

The page is divided into two parts: Channel Performance and Staff Performance.

At the top right of the page, merchants can select a date range or use the shortcut button underneath to view the data.

*Note: Currently only orders created after 2021/09/01 are included in SC Overall Statistics.

Click the "No Comparison" button next to the date range and select Compare to Previous Period to compare the data with the previous period.

For example: If the date range selected is one month (2021/10/01-2021/11/01), after selecting "Compare to Previous Period", the system will automatically capture the data of the previous month (2021/08/30 -2021/09/30) for comparison, and show the increase (shown in green) or decrease (shown in red) numbers.

2. Channel performance

1. User Interaction

  • New Interactors: The number of new interactive users added to the Facebook Page, LINE, and Instagram official accounts.
  • Instant Message (3rd Party): The number of new message conversations created on the Facebook Page, LINE, and Instagram official accounts.

*Notes:

  • The data of user interactions is based on the data in Message Center.
  • The Instant Message(3rd Party) section only counts the number of conversations, not the number of messages in the conversation, e.g.: If interactive user A sends 5 new messages in the conversation window, the system will mark it as one instant message.
