3. Message label format

unnamed-3__.png

A: Printing order of message labels

Each live broadcast is counted individually. The earlier you print, the smaller the value in this order.

B: Customer ID

Each live broadcast is counted individually. The earlier you print, the smaller the ID value. The ID will follow the customer's profile.

Example:

1. The first label printed during the broadcast is a comment from Customer C. The message label is presented as follows:

  • Section A #1
  • Section B ID:1

2. The second label printed during the broadcast is a comment from Customer D. The message label is presented as follows:

  • Section A #2
  • Section B ID: 2

3. The third label printed during the broadcast is another comment from Customer D. The message label is presented as follows:

  • Section A #3
  • Section B ID: 2

4. The fourth label printed during the broadcast is a comment from Customer E. The message label is presented as follows:

  • Section A #4
  • Section B ID: 3

C: Customer's name on Facebook

D: Customer's phone number and address

If the commenter has created a record of their phone number and address with the store, this section will show the information. If not, this section will be left blank.

E: The time when the comment is left

F: Comment content
