Before you set up SHOPLINE Payments Credit Card, please note:
- Your store currency must be SGD
- Transaction fee: 2.99% + SGD 0.50 of the transaction amount

Example 1: Order amount SGD 100
i) Buyer bought total of SGD 100.00 from merchant.
ii) Transaction fee: (SGD 100 * 0.0299) + SGD 0.50 = SGD 3.49
iii) Actual sales amount the merchant will receive during payout = SGD 100.00 - SGD 3.49
= SGD 96.51
Example 2: Order amount SGD 101
i) Buyer bought a total of SGD 101.00 from merchant.
ii) Transaction fee: (SGD 101 * 0.0299) + SGD 0.50 ≈ SGD 3.52
iii) Actual sales the merchant will receive during payout = SGD 101.00 - SGD 3.52
= SGD 97.48

SHOPLINE Payments credit card application & setup
Step 1: Application & Setup
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Payment Options] then click [Activate Now].
Step 2: Basic KYC Verification (Payment Accept Activation)
- Given names and surnames will be autofilled during the KYC verification for a bank account, so please make sure you the information you submit is valid and correct.
After completing the basic KYC verification, return to SHOPLINE Admin and go to [Settings] > [Payment Options]. To the see the current status of your Basic KYC verification, refer to the banner at the top of the page. Verification takes 3–5 working days. Please wait for verification to be complete.
Step 3: Basic Verification Completed
Once basic KYC verification completed, in SHOPLINE Admin go to [Settings] > [Payment Options] > [Add] > [SL Payments] > [Credit Card]. Edit the name of payment method, click [Add] then [Publish].
Your shop can start to accept payment with SHOPLINE Payments Credit Card.
After the SHOPLINE Payments settings have been published, the system will automatically update the shop footer to "Powered by SHOPLINE Payments."
Step 4: Advanced KYC verification (Payout Activation)
In SHOPLINE Admin, go to [Settings] > [Payment Options] > [Activate Now].
On this page, you will need to verify your bank account/company bank account and complete the verification to activate payment payouts.
Once you have completed the advanced KYC verification, return to SHOPLINE Admin. Go to [Settings] > [Payment Options]. To the see the current status of your advanced KYC verification, refer to the banner at the top of the page. Verification takes 3–5 working days. Please wait for verification to be complete.
Step 5: Advanced KYC verification completed
Once you complete advanced KYC verification, click on [Hello, xxx] in the top right-hand corner of SHOPLINE Admin click. From the dropdown menu, click on [SHOPLINE Payments Account] to check information regarding the next payout.
Please note: Payout Cycle is T+6 days.
