To apply for any of SHOPLINE POS's features, please contact our Online Merchant Success Team.

If there is a problem with the inventory of a store you can manually adjust the quantity held in each warehouse in SHOPLINE Admin, or ONE Omni Channel Cross Store Management. If a store employee needs to add inventory to a store, it is recommended that they use the Purchase Order feature. This allows you to record detailed information about products and pricing, providing a convenient and more effective way to manage purchases and returns.

2. How to adjust inventory in ONE Omni Channel Cross Store Management

Merchants using the ONE Omni Channel Cross Store Management platform can sync multiple stores and warehouses to manage inventory for all locations in one place.

To manage inventory, first go to [Inventory] using the menu on the left-hand side. Merchants can quickly filter inventory by product name; sales channel/warehouse; and stock availability, as well as check and edit inventory levels by location and status.

Note: Since the ONE Omni Channel Cross Store Management views product inventory from the perspective of "warehousing", when new products are added in the SHOPLINE Admin they will panel, they will be synchronized to the product manager as "warehouse products (note)", so all search product names must be "warehouse products Search by "Name", or filter by "Shop" and then search with "Product Name of Store" or "Product Number (SKU)".

*Warehouse merchandise (Note): Since the ONE Omni-channel Cross-Store platform may be used to manage the admin panel inventory of more than 1 online store (for example, Taiwan stores are bound to cross-border stores), "Warehouse merchandise" will be bound to the first created merchandise name which cannot be changed later.
