Customer - Metrics Definition

Metric Definition
Total Shoppers The unique customer counts who create orders during selected time range
New Shopper The unique customer counts who purchase for the first time during selected time range
ex: A customer placed an order on 1/2, then placed another order on 1/5, if choosing 1/1~1/10 as analysis range, this customer will be seen as a new shopper
Returning  Shopper The unique customer counts who has purchase record before, and purchase again during selected time range
Accumulated Total Shoppers/ Total Members The accumulated customer counts/member counts since the shop is open, includes removed customers and members
