Average Order Value and Returning Shopper Rate

The more orders placed, the more revenue in return. We offer the Average Order Value in Shoplytics to let you know how promotion campaigns have been performing.

On the other hand, the returning shopper rate can show how many returned customers.

E.g. There were 100 shoppers in the selected time range, 30 of them were New shoppers and 70 of them were returning shoppers, the returning shopper rate would be 70%.

*The unique customer counts who has purchased before, and purchased again during the selected time range. More about "Returning Shoppers" please refer to: Customers: Shopper Analysis|Shoplytics
