Google Analytics Ecommerce Setup

In order to activate Google Analytic's advanced Ecommerce function, you must create a Google Analytics account and set up a tracking ID. If you have not done it yet, please follow this link to set up.

 

 

Setting Steps

Step 1

Go to the store's "Marketing & Tracker" > "Tracker Setting" page and click "Edit" in "Google Analytics". then check the box "Enable E-commerce" and click "Update".EN_Step0.png

Step 2

Go back to your Google Analytics admin panel and press "Admin" on your main menu. Go to "View Settings".

Step 3

In "Currency displayed as", select the currency that matches your shop’s default currency and click "Save" to save the setting.

Step 4

Go back to "Admin" page and click "Ecommerce Settings" under the "View" section.

Step 5

Turn on "Enable Ecommerce" and "Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting" EN_Step5.png

 

Then click "Add funnel step" to add 3 steps in the funnel.

  1. Review Cart
  2. Click Proceed to Checkout
  3. Click Place Order

Click "Save" to finish the setup, then you will see "success" notice on this page.EN_Step6.png

 

Notice : Google Analytics starts collecting data after the setup is complete, and the data will not be updated immediately. It is conservatively estimated that approximately 24-48 hours of data will be fully displayed in Google Analytics.
