Advanced, Premium plan merchants can view their shop analytics from admin panel, including All Product Pageviews, Daily Revenue, Top 10 Product Pageviews, Top 10 Products Sold, Daily Number of New Orders/Confirmed Orders/Deliveries/Returned Orders and Cancelled Orders.

All Product Pageviews

Product page means any website pages that contains "/products" in the URL links. Each pageview is determined by the IP address of the computer or the mobile device.

An IP address loading one product page = 1 pageview

An IP address loading three different product pages = 3 pageviews

*Please note that merchant's browsing records are also counted for the pageviews in the analytics.

Daily Revenue

The sum of total value of all orders that are created on the same day.

Order's value will be counted once the order is created.

The count and date will remain unchanged after the same order changes to any other status.

There will only be changes if the orders are:

*Cancelled orders will not be counted into daily revenue.

Deleted orders will be removed from daily revenue.

Top 10 Product Pageviews

Counted by the most-viewed products, listed in order 1-10 (most to least).

Top 10 Products Sold

Counted by the Best-selling products, listed in order 1-10 (most to least).

*Except the order status is changed into "Removed", the product of all order would be considered as sold for the analytics.

Daily Number of New Orders

Number of all orders created on the same day.

When a new order was placed, the Number of all orders data will be increased by 1 immediately.

Eg. A merchant receive respectively 1 order on Feb 25 and Mar 1, so 'Daily Number if New Orders' of those two days will be increased by 1.

The count or date does not change even after the same order status is changed, including the order status changed to be "Cancelled".

*The related Analytics data would be removed once orders are deleted.

Daily Number of Confirmed Orders

Number of Daily Orders of which Order Status changed to be "Confirmed"

*Any orders (no matter when the orders are placed) that changed to "Confirmed" today, will be counted as today's number of confirmed orders.

*The related Analytics data would be removed once orders are deleted.

*Within the same order, the system would ONLY count the last time the merchant changes the order status to be "Confirmed".

Eg.

If the merchant receives 12 new orders, and the Order Status is changed to "Confirmed" on Mar 1, therefore "Daily Number of Confirmed Orders" on Mar 1 would become 12.

*If the order status is changed to 'Cancelled' and then "Confirmed", the analytics would not change.

Daily Number of Deliveries

Number of Daily Orders of which Delivery Status changed to be "Shipped"

*Any orders (no matter when the orders are placed) that changed to "Shipped" today, will then counted on today's number of deliveries.

*The related Analytics data would be removed once orders are deleted.

*Within the same order, the system would ONLY count the last time the merchant changes the Delivery status to be "Shipped".

Eg.

If the merchant receive the orders on Feb 29, and he changed the Delivery Status of those 3 three orders into 'Fulfilled' on Mar 1, the analytics data on the char will be updated.

*If the Order Status or Delivery Status is changed again, the past analytics data would stay unchanged.

Daily Number of Returned Orders

Number of Daily Orders of which Delivery Status changed to be "Returned"

*Any orders (no matter the date of created) that changed to "Returned" today, will then counted on today's number of returned order.

*The related Analytics data would be removed once orders are deleted.

*Within the same order, the system would ONLY count the last time the merchant changes the Delivery Status to be "Returned".

Eg.

If the merchant receive the orders on Feb 28, and he changed the Delivery Status of those 3 three orders into 'Fulfilled' on Feb 29. But there are some problems with the orders, so the merchant changes the Delivery Status of those orders into "Returned" on Mar 1. Then the "Daily Number of Returned Orders" would be updated.

*If the Order Status or Delivery Status is changed into "Fulfilled" again, the past analytics data would stay unchanged.

Daily Number of Cancelled Orders

Number of Daily Orders of which Order Status changed to be "Cancelled"

*Any orders (no matter the date of created) that changed to "Cancelled" today, will then counted on today's number of cancelled order.

*The related Analytics data would be removed once orders are deleted.

*Within the same order, the system would ONLY count the last time the merchant changes the order status to be "Cancelled".

Eg.

The merchant receive orders on Feb 28, and then found out 6 orders still have not been paid. Therefore, the merchant decided to cancel the order. "Daily Number of Cancelled Orders" would be updated as 6 on Mar 1.

*If the merchant changes the Order Status into "Confirmed" again, the past analytics data would stay unchanged.
