Order Tracking Information

Merchants can update the order's courier name, tracking number and courier tracking URL so that customers can track their order easily. 

Remarks: This feature is only available to the following types of delivery: Cash on Delivery, Local Courier, International Courier and Custom 

 


Step 1

Go to the specific order you want to update on > Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see "Delivery details" section

 

Step 2

Click "Update Tracking Number" button and a pop up window would appear as follows > Click "OK" to save after completing the information

 

Step 3

The delivery details would be updated as follows:

Step 4

Merchants can choose to send email notification to the customers by clicking "Edit" button next to "Update Order Delivery Status" drop down box

Check the box "Check this box if you want to send a notification email to your customer"
