- The standard weight of each piece of mail is 1 kg. The mail will be counted as 1 kg even if it is less than 1 kg.
- This charge is for reference only. The final charge is subject to the Hongkong Post monthly statement.

The extensive service coverage of the Local CourierPost includes:
- All of Hong Kong Island
- Kowloon Peninsula - east to Yau Tong, south to Tsim Sha Tsui, west to Mei Foo, north to Lion Rock
- Major areas in the New Territories A - Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung, Tsing Yi, Shatin and Tai Po
- Major areas in the New Territories B - Tuen Mun Industrial area, Yuen Long Industrial Estate, Tung Tau industrial area and Fanling (On Lok Tsuen)
- The Airport
D. Posting standards
After placing an order on the OneShip system, you need to post the package at the post office. Please refer to the following table for the cut-off time:
Post Offices*: Please refer here for the Groups to which individual post offices belong.
Guaranteed Delivery^: For any delay in delivery, we will refund the delivery charge except on Sundays, public holidays, and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above are hoisted; Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions, and pandemic.
Groups C, D and E+: Post offices in Groups C to E are closed on Sundays.
Groups C &D<: Chuk Yuen Post Office is closed on Wednesdays.

E. Delivery standards
a. Delivery service
For items posted before the cut-off times of a working day, Hongkong Post guarantees on-time delivery to their service areas.

- For items destined for major commercial and industrial areas, guaranteed delivery time is by 1 pm on the next working day. Items sent to other service areas will be delivered by 5 pm on the next working day. Please click here for coverage of major commercial and industrial areas.
In case of unsuccessful delivery (e.g., no one is present to receive them, or mail items are addressed to a PO box), a postman will leave a Mail Collection Notification Card (Pos 501H) so that the addressee can collect the mail item from the post office:
*Notes:
- You can collect the item from noon of the following working day after the day of delivery (e.g. the item will be available for collection from noon of Tuesday if Pos 501H is issued on Monday).
- Please visit the Hongkong Post website or call 2573 1234 to transfer the item to another post office for collection (This arrangement does not apply to mobile post offices and mailrooms).
- The item will be retained at the designated collection point or post office for 14 days and will be returned to the sender, if not collected, after the retention period.
b. Counter collection service
The recipient can pick up the mail at any post office in Hong Kong (except mobile post offices). On the next working day after posting, the recipient can collect the mail by presenting the relevant documents at or before the end of business hours of the designated post office. The sender and recipient will be notified by email or SMS that the posted mail has been delivered to the designated post office for collection.
Collection procedures
- If the recipient gets notified by email, please set up a personal collection password using the hyperlink in the email. The recipient has to present the printed copy of the collection notification email and their valid identification document to the officer for mail collection.
- If the recipient gets notified by SMS (with mail number and collection code included), they have to take the SMS to the designated post office for confirmation and mail collection with the officer.

3. Application process
To use the Hongkong Post Local Courierpost service, you must open a SHOPLINE LOGISTICS-OneShip monthly account.
Currently, the logistics services supported by OneShip include SF Express (Hong Kong), Zeek2Door, HAVI Frozen Delivery, Kerry Express (local shipping), Hongkong Post Speedpost, Hongkong Post e-Express and Hongkong Post Local CourierPost.
SHOPLINE has integrated with the logistics management system OneShip. Merchants can import orders from SHOPLINE stores into the OneShip system to process the shipment.
Application for OneShip postpaid account
1. Proceed to the link: https://marketing.oneship.io/hk/sign-up and submit your application.
2. Merchants using a OneShip postpaid account will be charged by SHOPLINE for monthly shipping charges and monthly value-added service fees (if any). You can choose one of the following two payment methods:
- Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee (Recommended).
- Pay a deposit of $10,000, and the monthly bill can be paid by bank transfer/credit card (3% credit card surcharge).
A. Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee
If you select "Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee," please download and fill in the attached "Direct Debit Authorization Form" and mail it along with the following documents to SHOPLINE's office address: 21/F., Nam Wo Hong Building, 148 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (Attn.: MS Team).
- Apply as a company: Copy of Business Registration Certificate
- Apply as an individual: Copy of the applicant's identity card + copy of bank statement in the applicant's name within the past three months
- If you wish to use services from HAVI, please provide a copy of the Restricted Food Permit.
*Note: The bank account information in the Direct Debit Authorization Form must match the company or individual merchant name selected in the application form.
If the Direct Debit Authorization Form information is incorrect or incomplete, please redo it and mail the form again. You can send the form to SHOPLINE for confirmation before sending the documents. If you have applied for other logistics services and submitted relevant documents before, please contact SHOPLINE for confirmation.
B. Pay a deposit of $10,000
If you choose to pay the monthly deposit of $10,000 with a bank transfer/ by credit card, please obtain the company's bank account information from SHOPLINE to pay the deposit.
Once we receive your documents, we will assist you with the subsequent application steps as soon as possible.
If you have applied for a SHOPLINE Logistics-OneShip monthly account, you can place orders directly on OneShip.
4. Admin settings
A. Delivery service
To activate the Hongkong Post delivery service, you have to add a new delivery option in Admin.
Proceed to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Delivery Options], and click on the Add button.
Select "Custom" for the Delivery Type, and enter the name and description of the delivery option.
Set up the delivery fee type and the shipping zone according to your preference.
Click Add and the "Apply to all promotion" window will appear. Select whether or not to apply to all promotion, and click OK to complete.
B. Counter or "iPostal Station" collection services
To activate the Hongkong Post counter or "iPostal Station" collection services, you have to add a new delivery option in Admin.
Proceed to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Delivery Options], and click on the Add button.
Select "Store Pick-up" for the Delivery Type, and enter the name and description of the delivery option.
Set up the delivery fee type and shipping zone according to your preference.
Scroll down the page and click Upload File to upload the information of the post offices and iPostal stations.
After uploading, you will see the total number of uploaded store addresses, click Add.
Click Add, and the "Apply to all promotions" window will appear. Select whether or not to apply to all promotions, and click OK to complete.
After the setting is completed, buyers can choose Hongkong Post's delivery service and collection service during checkout.
5. Shipping process
Step 1. Execute the shipment
Click Create Order, or Bulk Create on the OneShip Dashboard. You can also click the + Create Order button on the top right of the [Shipments] > [Order Management] and select Create Order or Bulk Create.

For Users using the SHOPLINE store platform, the order will directly integrate into OneShip's "Order Management" page. You can execute the shipment from here without creating a new order.
Step 2. Print posting label
On the "Order Management" page, check the shipments you want to bulk print, and then click Print labels in bulk.

The default samples of the posting label are as follows:
The posting label will clearly display the item number, name and address of sender, name and address of the recipient (addressee).
Step 3. Book a shipment
After you place an order through the OneShip system, you need to post the item yourself at each drop-off location*.
*Note: Please refer to the group and address of the post offices.
6. Notes
Compensation arrangement
- For delay in delivery or loss of mail item, delivery charge will be refund. However, no compensation will be paid in respect of its contents.
- No compensation is payable if the mail item is damaged.

7. Freight details
A. Prepaid account
OneShip settles and charges according to the weight you entered. If the package's actual weight does not match the weight you claim, SHOPLINE reserves the right to charge the merchant for the difference in shipping costs. The final weight and shipping cost are subject to Hongkong Post.
B. Postpaid account
OneShip charges monthly based on the merchant's usage in the current month. The final weight and shipping costs are subject to Hongkong Post.
